Payment Information for
Programs Listed Above
A $25 non-refundable application fee (not listed above) is due with each training
application. Applications sent without the $25
application fee will not be processed. A registration fee of $100 is due within 30 days of the applicant
receiving a letter of
acceptance. This fee will be applied towards tuition on enrollment day. The student pays 1/2 of tuition, student service fee, technology fee, book fee,
and security
deposits on the first day of training. Students must pay
their dormitory fees for the entire term, at the beginning of each term. Fall
term is from the start of the student's training program until Christmas break.
Spring term is from the end of Christmas break until the student's graduation
date or summer break, whichever comes first.

student service, and book fees are non-refundable.
2This cost is estimated. Tools & Supplies are not sold by AVTEC. Contact the
Admissions Office for a list of required
tools/supplies.
All students who live in the dormitories
must pay a $200.00 security deposit. This fee is refundable providing the student leaves the dorm room
clean and there are no damages.
Note:
Certification testing fees are not included in the costs above. Students will be
responsible for paying their own fees.
