The Academy Café
Come dine at AVTEC’s
Alaska Culinary Academy restaurant. The Academy Café is open from October 18 through December 14
during the Ala Carte and Dining Service classes.
The cafe is operated as part of two classes that run consecutively. Students learn all areas of fine dining, from actual food production to dining room set-up and service. The Café is a perfect opportunity for students to get hands-on training in an actual restaurant setting.
At the Café, diners will experience a wonderful Orient Express Route inspired menu that students themselves create and present.
Cost is $20 per diner, payable with cash at door. If necessary to cancel a reservation please call 224-6102 at least one day prior to reservation date.
