Licensing Information
Below you will find many of the necessary forms and documents relevant to
training and USCG licensing and credentialing. Some of the documents and forms
are found on direct links to the USCG National Maritime Center (NMC).
Many of the forms will require that you have a PDF viewer installed in your web
browser such as Adobe
Reader or Foxit Reader. When installing either PDF viewer, be aware of the
added installation of third-party software and opt out (uncheck the additional
software inclusion) if you wish to.
